The Main Reasons to Practice Yoga

Yoga is not just stretching while breathing.  Yoga is a way of life, a mindset.  The poses and movements are to facilitate relaxation in a gentle way for the body and the mind.  Learn to slow down and connect with your body, find more peace in your every day life, relieve aches and pains, and build more patience all while burning off some extra pounds.

What Our Clients Say

Our Trainers

Hunter

After completing 40 rounds of chemo and radiation for stage 3 cancer, Hunter left the life he knew working in the oilfield as a commercial diver in search of health and happiness. He wants to share the tools he has acquired over the last 3 years traveling through Asia and utilized in his own life to regain inner peace. Hunter is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and an XPT breathwork coach and have been teaching breathwork for 3+ years.

Steph

“Stephanie Stephenson is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher since 2018 and a birth doula (in training). Her journey with yoga began when she was 12 years old and stumbled upon a book about yoga (Um, Like…OM). She has been enjoying her yoga journey ever since. Steph has a passion for wellness, intentionality, and peacefulness. She finds joy in leading Hatha-style prenatal yoga, power yoga, and partner yoga. Steph loves Jesus, thunderstorms, chai lattes, and, most of all, being a wife and mama of three.”

Shanna

Shanna began her yoga journey back in 2014. She quickly discovered a deep passion for yoga, meditation, and cultivating the balance between mind and body. In 2021 Shanna completed her 200 YTT training and is working on continuing education courses specializing in Ayurveda and Yin Yoga/Restorative Yoga. Through our practice, we can learn to release suppressed emotions, find balance in our daily lives, and bring healing to our body and mind.
